With its headquarters in a modern, purpose-built location in Utrecht, Ampco Flashlight Rental was formed in 2011 by a combination of Ampco Flashlight Group rental operations, which had been individual market leaders for over 30 years.

Both Ampco Flashlight and Ampco Flashlight Belgium lead the market by investing in new products and services to cover the complete audio-visual spectrum of technologies, supported by a dedicated rigging company, Rigging Box, and an equipment service company, Engine.

The companies cover the four main sectors of the production industry: Broadcast, Live Events, Corporate Events, and Theatre.

An extensive stock of leading equipment brands, from the well-known to the exotic, backed up by extensive investment in state-of-the-art equipment, ensures a creative and technically excellent solution to any production challenge. Each production is led by an experienced project manager, ensuring optimal planning, co-ordination and results.

Ampco Flashlight is also the founder member of the Synco Europe Network, created in 1999, of 12 independently owned live production rental companies across Europe, from Gran Canaria in the west to Romania in the east. Each member company maintains identical equipment, training and technical standards to allow seamless cross-border co-operation.
