Malfunctioning equipment
If you're experiencing any failures or malfunctions on our equipment, please report it directly to our support department to avoid any stress. We kindly request you not to save multiple defect fixtures before notification to us. The support department can discuss options, will offer you the best possible solution and make further appointments with you to solve any problem.
Repairs and replacing parts
It is not allowed as a hirer of our equipment to try solving any defects or failures. Repairs should only be carried out by Ampco Flashlight Rental BV, unless otherwise and / or seperately agreed.
Use of spare fixtures
Ampco Flashlight Rental supplies spare fixtures on top of the requested active amount of fixtures when these are requested. The spare fixtures can be used as replacement in case of failure of an active unit.
In case of using a spare-fixture, we kindly request you to offer the defect unit at our warehouse.
It is not possible to swap devices at our warehouse without an appointment. Please make sure to have made the prior notification to our support department, so appointments can be made and our warehouse can set the demanded equipment ready for pick-up.
In order to avoid unnecessary work and work more effectively, we kindly request you to note a proper desription of the experienced problem and put this along with the malfunctioing equipment when returning back to us.
Transportation
If desired, the support department can arrange your logistic operations such as transportation of equipment that needs to be exchanged . Please note that extra costs are involved for such orders and that these will be charged seperately.
