Paradigma Group, based in Bucharest, is one of the leading facilities companies in Romania.

Its new, purpose built 3,500 sq m headquarters, close to Bucharest Otopeni International Airport, houses the group's management offices, warehouse, servicing and training facilities, as well as Paradigma Teknik's showroom and maintenance department.

Paradigma Group has two divisions.

Paradigma Production provides rental services for professional audio, lighting and staging, and has made extensive investment in its rental equipment. The first member of the Synco Europe Network in eastern Europe, it operates a W8LC/W8LM Line Array system and introduced the Martin Audio brand to the Romanian market. It also has the facility to draw on the Synco Europe Network's equipment and personnel resources, enabling the company to provide full production services for shows and events of every size.

Paradigma Teknik is the distributor of many major international pro audio and lighting brands and also provides design and installation services for audio and lighting systems in clubs, theaters and other entertainment venues.

This combination of expertise and resources has created an innovative and dynamic operation, designed to bring the highest standards of professional service and the latest entertainment technology - including VARI*LITE and CyberHoist/InMotion 3D - to this demanding, growing market.
